Changhae and Nokcheong Culture Park, Nightscape Lighting Operation

The night view lighting is from 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 30 minutes at the entrance of the Changhae Cultural Park, and from sunset to 10 p.m. near the Cheongna 2-dong Administrative Welfare Center.
